Relationship violence can be really confusing stuff. Often, it’s the people who are the closest to us that cause the most harm. We often think, as kids, that we can get our best answer from our parents, our siblings or trusted adult friends.

But what if one of them is involved in the violence? How do you know if HOW you are being punished is just normal discipline or another abusive act? How do you know if what some kids said to you at school is sexual harassment or just good fun?
